Awareness Through Movement (ATM) Group Classes
This experiential method is effective for people with or without injury. Students are guided through sequences of gentle movements. By moving slowly and paying attention, students will discover new movement possibilities and patterns. This often results in more efficient movement, reduction of aches and pains and an increased sense of kinesthetic self-awareness. Anyone looking to restore vitality and well being can benefit from these lessons.
